Small group coaching

Do you prefer training together? It’s possible with small group coaching: a guided program for up to two people. We will work with a customized training and nutrition plan for both of you!

We will meet every week for one or more 60 minute-sessions. Additionally, you’ll have access to online coaching through the app. And if you find it helpful, we can have daily WhatsApp contact about your progress or schedule a monthly evaluation moment.

The focus is on technique, posture, endurance, and strength. In addition, nutrition, mindset, and recovery are essential in achieving your personal goals. I demonstrate each exercise thoroughly and provide more explanation when needed.

Online coaching

You will receive your training schedules, exercises, and video tutorials in one app. You also have the option to submit training videos and receive feedback on the execution of your exercises. In short, you have everything you’ll need to train in addition to our 1-on-1 sessions. When and wherever you want!
