Hi, I'm Mandy Ragetlie, founder of Health and Performance Center Leiden and coach of a fantastic group of over 50 athletes. I have been a (strength)sports-enthusiast my entire life, and I’m happy to help you reach your full potential physically and mentally.
You will receive your training schedules, exercises and video tutorials in one app. You also have the option to submit training videos and receive feedback on the execution of your exercises. In short, you have everything you’ll need to train in addition to our 1-on-1 sessions. When and wherever you want!
