Hi, I’m Mandy Ragetlie — Head Coach and founder of Health and Performance Center Leiden and coach to over 100 athletes in the Netherlands and abroad. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with countless people, helping them reach their full physical and mental potential. Nothing drives me more than seeing people achieve things they never thought possible.
Too often, people believe strength training is only for elite athletes or those who are already extremely fit. In reality, much of my coaching career has been dedicated to beginners and those completely new to strength training.
I live by the motto “practice what you preach.” I’ve tested countless approaches to training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset , keeping what works, discarding what doesn’t, and making the mistakes so my clients don’t have to.
Continuous learning has always been a priority. I’ve completed multiple degrees and specialized courses, and I’m committed to staying at the top of my game for the people I coach. My focus is on precise technique, balanced development, and injury prevention, whether I’m working with a beginner or an advanced lifter.
My goal is simple: to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in the gym and in life.
