STRENGTH TRAINING FOR EVERYONE

No matter what your goals are, I am here to provide customized strength training. This can be done 1-on-1 or in a group of up to 8 people. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, advanced, young, old, male, female, or non-binary. With personal attention, I will help you become physically and mentally stronger.

During the sessions we focus on technique, posture, conditioning, and strength. Additionally, nutrition, mindset, and recovery are also important to achieve your personal goals. No matter your objective, I create a balanced and sustainable training program that suits your life.

I customize my training and guidance to your unique situation and needs. I always aim for achievable steps, so you can celebrate small successes often. This makes training a pleasurable experience and helps you continue to do it!

 

Education

Understanding your own body is essential to achieve your goals in a balanced and injury-free way. Exercises for a specific muscle group affect your whole body. That's why I explain every exercise (and its effects) in detail and provide extra information if necessary.

It’s important that you feel comfortable and enjoy your training. I do everything to make sure of that. With my customized 1-on-1 coaching you always train at your own level at Health and Performance Center Leiden.

Online coaching

You will receive your training schedules, exercises and video tutorials in one app. You also have the option to submit training videos and receive feedback on the execution of your exercises. In short, you have everything you’ll need to train in addition to our 1-on-1 sessions. When and wherever you want!
