Work out together in a group of up to 8 people! In 12 weeks you will experience various strength and endurance workouts. The intensity of the exercises is tailored to your level. Workout of the Day is accessible for everyon

Understanding your own body is essential to achieve your goals in a balanced and injury-free way. Exercises for a specific muscle group affect your whole body. That's why I explain every exercise (and its effects) in detail and provide extra information if necessary.
