Training within your capabilities, but with the necessary steps to get outside your comfort zone. In this complete 1-on-1 coaching program, you will receive a personalized strength training and nutrition plan that will help you become healthier, stronger, and fitter. In an achievable way!

We will meet every week for one or more 60 minute-sessions. Additionally, you’ll have access to online coaching through the app. And if you find it helpful, we can have daily WhatsApp contact about your progress and schedule a monthly evaluation moment.

I customize my training and guidance to your unique situation and needs. I always aim for achievable steps, so you can celebrate small successes often. This makes training a pleasurable experience and helps you continue to do it!

THE KEY ASPECTS OF STRENGTH TRAINING

The focus is on technique, posture, endurance, and strength. In addition, nutrition, mindset, and recovery are essential in achieving your personal goals. I demonstrate each exercise thoroughly and provide more explanation when needed.

Online coaching

You will receive your training schedules, exercises and video tutorials in one app. You also have the option to submit training videos and receive feedback on the execution of your exercises. In short, you have everything you’ll need to train in addition to our 1-on-1 sessions. When and wherever you want!
