Small group coaching

Do you enjoy training with someone else? You can! With this guidance program for a maximum of two people, I will build a customized training and nutrition plan for both of you.

Online coaching

Prefer to train independently with guidance? Then online coaching is the right choice for you. You can train wherever and whenever you want with our app!
